Shipping and Returns


Shipping

Our prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

We use Canada Post to ship across Canada and United States from Toronto, ON.

All orders are processed from Monday through Friday before 7am EST. Any orders placed after will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed and shipped the following Monday or business day.

We use Expedited Parcel with an expected 1-7 days of delivery time to ship all products. If you require Xpresspost or Priority shipping, please contact us at info@harbourgoodsco.com.

Tracking information is provided by Canada Post once your shipment has been dispatched. Orders including multiple items may be shipped in more than one package in which case two tracking numbers will be issued.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for shipments once delivery is confirmed by Canada Post.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of hand-loomed products, small variations or irregularities in the fabric may occur. We feel this only exemplifies their hand-made process and adds to each of their uniqueness. These variations may be minor and will not affect the utility of your textile. Most irregularities work themselves out after their first wash.

Any unused items may be returned or exchanged in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds and exchanges are processed after we receive the original item and have confirmed that it is unused upon inspection. Refunds—minus the cost of return shipping—will be applied to the original payment method.

Please note, Harbour Goods Co. does not cover return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
